    it begins with a lecture on Unicorns (10/15 mins) and then a guided Meditation involving you meeting your own personal Unicorn (like a spirit guide) in a magical wood etc the imagry is gorgwous, toadstools and misty woods! Very relaxing aswell as enchanting. I love it!

      Thank you for this post and url link Marisa! I am in summer shoolnow but I hope to get this unicorn meidtiation cd in the fall! It is not carried in my local regular or sprititual bookstores so I do need to order it online.
