Hello all - I wanted to introduce myelf so it didnt appear I was just spamming. My name is Steve Brooks. I am a fantasy writer and a special education teacher. Ive been writing for about 9 years. I spent 15 years (read that as wasted) as a Special Agent for the government who was knocked back to his senses after 9/11 when I decided I needed to try to reach out and help children as much as possible (I have a son who is autistic). This was also the result of having seen the fate of children all over the world and the horrible conditions they had to deal with. I wanted to provide them with "escapes" and love speaking to them. I have some adult fiction which is supposed to be published in the Spring of '08. If anyone has any ideas of where I can try to promote my latest release "Unicorn Races" I would love suggestions.
